The Clemens Pat-Lock Dome Clamp is a heavy duty dome clamp which assists in containment of tank truck spills, designed with excellence by Clemens Industries, Inc. machinist Patrick Pessagno. Clemens Industries Pat-Lock is able to fit dome tops from 4 1/2" to 24 1/2" inside or outside lipped dome covers. Woth off set bolt, it fits easily over Shell's Tiona dome cover model #8220. Including quick change 5/8" lock down bolt, with quick release pin for changing bolts accourding to the dome cover guide rails to keep tool legs in line while making width adjustments. The feet are made of heavy duty steel with aluminum feet to avoid any sparking. The clamp has strap loops on the legs for attaching ratchet type nylon tie downs.
